Sopcast Troubleshooting

If your trying to login and you receive the following error: 'Cannot access Sopcast services' The only solution is too uninstall the program from your PC completly removing all traces then re-install the latest version.

It has also been reported by some individuals that there are anti virus programs which pickup the Sopcast program as a Trojan, this is because Sopcast uses a communications port that some AV software see as a virus. This only seems to occor in the older versions mainly 1.1.2.
